Regular monitoring of the condition of completed gardens, giving guidelines for regular maintenance of gardens and implementation of new elements and upgrading of the garden.
STUDIO GEOPONICA
Geoponica is a landscape architecture and horticulture studio, founded in 2022 out of a need to approach landscape projects in a thoughtful, professional and authentic way. We operate at the intersection of design, horticulture and technical execution, with a clear focus on understanding the space, its context and the people who use it.
Studio Geoponica is a small team with many years of experience in the design, construction and maintenance of green spaces. Our professional experience covers a wide range of projects - from private gardens and urban courtyards to complex tourist and public spaces. By the time the studio was founded, we had participated in the implementation of approximately 300 different projects, which laid a solid foundation for independent and responsible work.
Since its foundation, Studio Geoponica has realized more than 30 projects of various typologies and scales. Our work includes landscape design exclusively in the private sector, namely the surroundings of private villas and holiday homes, wineries and tourist facilities, as well as feasibility analyses, inventory and valorization of existing green areas and the development of guidelines for emergency and year-round maintenance. We approach each project individually, respecting spatial conditions and limitations, the functionality of the space, the client's wishes and the possibilities of long-term and professional maintenance of the created environment.
The landscapes we design are conceived as complete systems fully adapted to their locations, within which a balance of desires, functions and visual attractiveness is achieved. Achieving this balance results in a recognizable style and atmosphere in a space intended for living, thinking, resting and enjoying.
We pay special attention to details that are basically unobtrusive, but shape the experience of space in the long term.
Active client participation is the key to good design. It is precisely such dialogue that leads to the best solutions, as well as the presence of the designer in the construction phase of the environment, which ensures the consistency of the idea during its implementation.
Our relationship with a project does not end with its completion. We continue to provide advice and support during the maintenance phase, as needed, monitoring the development of the space over time. We believe that a quality landscape matures gradually and that long-term care and adaptation play a key role in realizing its full value, so we aim to remain present and involved in its regular maintenance phase.
The common thread in all our projects is the design of landscapes that enrich the space and the experience of living in it in the long term.
